Hello.
I am a civilian pilot, and I am a military air traffic controller. I want to fly for the US Army, but my vision is 20/400 uncorrected, but corrected with glasses to 20/20.
Is LASIK or PRC required to fix the uncorrected? I have heard conflicting things from people in and out of the Army.
Also if one is required, which one should I get? I also have an astigmaism, my 24 years old, and my vision sometimes changes from year to year.
Cost is not an issue, my choice is strictly based on health and Army requirements.
Thank you.
