For ten years, two airline pilots - Captain Lacroute and Captain Buffet - have published critics of restaurants all around the world to share them with their flying colleagues.
They have just created the eponymous « Lacroute&Buffet » culinary guide in order to gather worldwide « Big Travellers » online and share the discoveries they made during their many stopovers all around the globe. (beta version for the time but soon final version - october-)
