Korean Food?!?

Soju is about $1/bottle here in Korea and the stuff will get you wasted in no time at all. It's only 20%, but the taste is nasty, like paint thinner or moth balls. Girls will usually get the flavored stuff like watermelon, peach, grape, strawberry, etc.. Makkoli is good, especially with some of the fried vegetable/squid pancake.

Most of you know about bulgogi, but have you eaten ssam gyup sal? Basically just bbq bacon, together with lettuce, kimchi, garlic and whatever other assorted veggies you wanna mix together.

BTW, to the guy who posted about bbi bbim bap. It's actually rice, mixed together with a bunch of veggies, usually topped with an egg. That costs about $3 here, as most korean food is quite cheap. If you wanna get a pizza at Pizza Hut, be prepared to spend $30
