King Air B100 Pressurization question

I fly a B100 and we have started having trouble with the pressurization. Sometimes it will not start pressurizing as we are climbing out. But you can cut the bleed air off and back on and it will start pressurizing. But this pops everyones ears in the plane.
Anyone ever heard of a plane doing this?
Thanks

Yes, back in college I remember our KA doing that but it's been so long I don't remember why. Sounds like a bleed air valve.

Not familiar with the B100, but you have two bleed air switches, one for each engine, correct? Are you cutting both bleed air switches off and then back on again at the same time? If so, maybe just turn one back on, then wait a bit, then the other one? Which side bleed air is the one that you think has a problem? Though it shouldn't matter, as it should pressurize with just one bleed "on" anyway.

It's been 20+ years since I flew the Garret bastard child. I do remember how to taxi it to the maintenance hanger though. Really, it was a pretty decent plane..
I'm going with outflow valve if this is a game though.

In the B100, it pressurizes just like any other King Air.

Up in Cruise:
1. Turn off one Bleed Air Valve,
2. Note the intial max cabin climb
3. Then after 30 seconds or so, note the cabin vertical speed again. Does it pressurize?
4. Turn it back on.
5. Repeat steps 1-4 on the other Bleed Air valve.
6. Turn off both Bleed Air Valves at the same time. What is the cabin climb?

Im thinking from the limited information you gave, you have one weak flow pack, and the other one is intermittant.
