Karbon jackets

Anyone else order a Karbon jacket recently?

I’ve had mine ordered and it’s held up in Memphis on customs hold since it was shipped from canada

Anyone know what ransom I need to pay to get it out of hock?

I haven’t ordered one lately but UPS customers have been having the same issues in Louisville with international shipments even to the extent of some being destroyed apparently. Hopefully you’re able to get customer service to help. The jacket is almost perfect. Keeps you warm but isn’t bulky.

I pretend like I care, but I just can’t get worked up about anything uniform despite the OO FO creedo they tried to instill in me. Pablo was pretty convincing though.

I have one(both jacket and liner). I do not wear the epaulets. Makes it look cheesy. Liner is not necessary because the outer shell does a great job. Mostly still wear the blazer but recommend getting one if your company offers it.

I’ve tried with Karbon customer service and FedEx customer service for the last week and it’s been crickets from everyone.

So I’m thinking up that it’s best not to order the jacket if it’s this a common thing.

My next step I’m thinking about pursuing is doing a chargeback and disputing the charge.

I don’t think you have grounds to dispute it. Crappy situation, but it being held by customs is out of Karbon and FedEx’s hands.
