sorry I have taken so long to reply, don't really check this forum too often! Our aircraft are in decent condition, I think the 172s were bought between '99 and 02'..don't quote me on that though..and we have 5 g1000 172s that were bought the first year the g1000s were available in the cessnas. The bonanzas and barons aren't in the best condition, but I wouldn't think twice about flying them. The school has an excellent MX program for the planes. They go through 50, and 100 hour inspections.
Hour wise, it's just like any other part 141 school. private between 40 to 45 hours (sometimes shorter, you can get it in as little as 35 hours I believe)...then instrument is next...i think you'll end up somewhere around 80 hours total time there, then you have to do some hour building towards your commercial ticket...you are eligible for your checkride once you hit 190 hours...the stage after instrument is called I2...all it is is mostly VFR cross countries. when you hit 140 hours, you get to fly the bonanza a few times, and a mix of c172s. total, you'll end up around 20 hour in the bonanza....and of course, the rest of your ratings just depend upon how fast you pick up stuff. I've heard of people getting their multi ticket in less than 7 hours..and some people take around 12 hours...for cfi, you only fly between 10 and 15 hours...as well as cfii. Just shoot approches until you feel comfortable again (a lot of people do cfii in the g1000s). Hopefully that wasnt too drawn out.
I'll try to check this forum more often to help ya out if you have more questions!
