There are a lot of people on this board flying for companies out of KC. Anything particular you're looking into?

Yes, I was looking into XOJet primarily with KC as the domicile...what is the best way to network with folks who are actively involved in the corporate community?

I am not involved with the corporate side of aviation but I do know that KC has taken a hit in relation to charter and corporate flying out of here. I wish I could help you out a bit more, but I don't know of anything right now.

There are a couple charter operators out of OJC. Not sure of any hiring going on, but you could go poke around and ask questions, if your local. Not sure if there are any charter operators out at IXD, but there are quite a few part 91 operators out there. Best bet might be to just snoop around the airports from time to time.

heard of any possible positions with independant aircraft owners? any companies that you might have any information regarding persons looking for a pilot?
Cerner was looking for pilots recently...I'm just an RJ guy so I don't get to those parts of the airports much...maybe just go hang out around OJC, New Century, and MKC--all those FBOs seemed to always be friendly in my GA days...
