Just starting thyroid meds

If you just pasted a second class Medical then a month later a physical shows you have high tsh levels and you are asymptotic but your regular dr. wants you to go on levothyroxine should you self ground and if so for how long and/or let your ame know?

Ground yourself for 4 weeks until you get the TSH report showing you are in normal range.

I had the same situation. Dr Increased the levothyroxine dose, and three days later took a blood test which showed it in the normal range.

So he did not need to increase the dose.
