Not boring at all! Well, that's just my opinion. Good luck and have fun with your cross-country next weekend. Who are you flying with out of Ardmore?

my instructor is named Andrew Jackson. Its not an official school or anything, he just does it part time. We rent a plane from Joe Lychfield. But for soloeing (due to insurance stuff) we have to fly to Duncan and pick up a different plane from Brewer aviation over there. thats where this one thats pictured N73707 is from.

heres a picture of one of the many grass fires in the area. Thankfully things have calmed down now. But there for awhile it was crazy. Almost everyday there would be a major one in the area.

That's a nice King stack! I like those "Aero" radios too (the second one down.) What is that at the bottom?

Trust me, that isn't standard!

Andrew Jackson was a stud. Nuff said. Nice pics though, I love seeing that kind of stuff, makes me want to take my lunchbreak in the warrior.

No snow? Lucky guy...
I was thinking of posting pics of Toronto as well. I think it would be
great for everyone to post pics of where there from..

your house looks like the perfect candidate for a runway-in-the-backyard add-on.

Yeah, just clear out a few of those trees and you have it made! The owner of my flight school has his own private airstrip at his house. It takes him 8 minutes to get to the flight school, what would normally be a 30+ minute drive. The bad thing is he has to drive in winter because it gets dark too early and he has not lights on the field.
