I just accepted a class date with SkyWest on January 25 on the CRJ...I can't relay how stoked I am right now to finally have reached this career goal of mine.... Man, how exciting, I can't wait to start training as an airline pilot!

Thanks!! I did get offered both aircraft, but went with the CRJ though to get off reserve faster.

You get paid to sit at home and wait to be called for work. If you don't get called, great! If you do, well you were planning on working anyway. What's the story? What am I missing?

Reserve while living in base is great! Commuting to reserve blows.

I commute from OH to ORD. It only works if you live in base.
