Ok I guess that this question goes out to airline/corp/cargo pilots. You guys that do your flying at FL's do you log that as instrument time? I ask this because most of your flying is done in Class A airspace right, and if i am not mistaken its only instrument flying up there so do you log it as instrument??

Nah. Just because you're required to be on an IFR flight plan doesn't mean you can be logging it as instrument time. No different than being IFR in VMC at lower altitudes.
