My old gig is looking for a jump pilot to fly a wide body C182 with IO550 300HP wing conversion with speedbrakes and occasionally a C182A model with PPONK 280HP conversion w/ speedbrakes as a backup; both are maintained impeccably and are excellent aircraft. You will build time fast, I flew from 70-120 hours a month depending on the month and weather. Average numbers are 800-900 per season. Season is over in mid November til early January where both planes are worked on extensively to get ready for next season. DZ located in KWVI, Watsonville just south of Santa Cruz, CA (amazing ocean and redwoods, amazing place to live if you like that vibe) and about 30 miles north of Monterey, and about 2 hours south of SF. This is truly one of the best DZ's I've ever encountered and they rarely hire from the street. Excellent staff, and you'll have fun while building a ton of time. Schedule is 5 days a week with days off Tues/Weds.
