Here are some pictures of my tour of John Travolta's 707 when he way in SLC over the weekend.
 
Very Cool... So he's pretty nice about people checking out this aircraft?

You think if he wasnt a "movie star" maybe he would be an airline pilot?

John's VJet has been sitting in the Northwest corner of EWR for the last couple of days...Up by the GA/Cargo ramp where they park Paul Allens 757. I think Travolta has been doing press for a new movie, was on Letterman tonight.
 
He has brought it in to BGR a couple of times, actually met him twice. Once when I went in the plane.

The inside is niiiiiice.

He got in trouble with the feds for flying up Somes Sound on Mt. Dessert Island (not too far from BHB) to buzz a friends party at 500ft. He has a place on Islesboro and flies a Heilo or a TBM 750 in there. Met him there the other time.

Yeah it was in LAX the weekend of the M+G.
 
I've got a picture of his place somewhere, one of my x-countries way back when. It's like 2000 feet of displaced threshold lol.

Oh yeah... I remember one Christmas season at LL Bean (my previous employer), JT flew his Helicopter from Islesboro to one of our warehouse grounds... was picked up by an LLBean van and escorted to the retail store for his christmas shopping. He spent tons... loaded up the whirlybird and headed back off to Islesboro. Pretty cool to see... :)
