Hey guys,
So i'm planning to attend the upcoming job fair in Las Vegas this month. I already have an interview with a regional airline but I figured going to the fair wouldn't hurt either to explore other options. It's my first time going to any sorts of job fair so I was wondering if some of you that have more experience could give me some ideas of what to expect or how to present myself. I'm planning to have multiple folders with my resume/cv and my recommendation letters.
I was told I should be interview ready, just in case. I'm planning to dress to impress and have all of my documents prepared (copy of license, college transcripts, logbook, etc..).
Do most airlines use the fairs as a chance just to meet the applicants and invite them for an interview at a later date or should I expect an onsite interview and possibly a job offer on the spot?
My qualifications are 1400TT, 130+ multi, 6 credits away from graduating with a 4 year degree, and a current full time flying job (single engine plane)
Thank you in advance.
Sina,
