Well, since it looks like I'll be NYC bound here pretty soon, I guess I should start looking for a crash pad. Anyone got some lines on some pads in an okay part of town that won't break the bank? I've heard Kew Gardens is where most of the crews at JFK have crash pads, but seeing as I've never commuted before this all new to me.
 
We've got some posted on the "wailing wall" in JFK, I'll snap some photos of the ads and post them.

How are the beds/bedrooms in that one? That's the same one I've been looking at since the flyer is up in our JFK Ops.
 
Typical crashpad. My room only had 2 bunkbeds, so 4 peeps to a room. The other rooms were bigger and had an extra bunkbed. The rooms are pretty cramped, but the living room area is pretty nice.
