Fins Up

Just a heads up -
One of our customer service folks told me that anyone who wants to list for a jumpseat on JetBlue (JB pilot or otherwise) who works for a company that uses "myIDTravel" must make the listing through that website. I don't know for sure if that means that doing it over the phone is no longer an option. If your company doesn't use myIDTravel, then you have to do it over the phone anyway.
I was commuting home the other day and customer service at the counter could not list me. Since whoever did my original listing screwed it up, I was pretty annoyed. I almost didn't make the flight.
Everyone here is still getting used to the new system so expect some delays/difficulties. The OAL "embargo" is still in effect until Feb 20th, but I don't think it applies to OAL pilots.
Good luck. You'll probably need it.
