The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of the private aviation market, an established network of industry contacts, and a keen understanding of the team’s needs.</p> <p> </p> <p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: </p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Source private aircraft that fit the requirements and preferences of the operation ensuring optimal pricing and specifications.</li> <li>Establish and maintain relationships with operators and team.</li> <li>Ensure all legal, safety, department specifications are met.</li> <li>Collaborate with internal teams, including finance and operations, to ensure seamless transaction processes. Submit signed quotes and W-9 to accounting for operator payments.</li> <li>Offer tailored solutions based on each mission’s needs, taking into account factors like budget, range, aircraft size, and amenities.</li> <li>Attend industry events to maintain and expand the network and enhance knowledge.</li> <li>Manage and update the companys private aircraft database regularly.</li> <li>Manage and update the required documentation for approved vendors.</li> <li>Address any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.</li> <li>Special projects and duties as assigned.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>BACKGROUND AND QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in business or aviation preferred.</li> <li>Minimum three years of experience in private aircraft sourcing or aviation brokerage.</li> <li>Established network within the aviation industry.</li> <li>Strong negotiation and communication skills.</li> <li>Ability to travel as needed.</li> <li>Strong personal and work ethics along with a high level of integrity.</li> <li>Must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment and be flexible to the changing needs of the business.</li> <li>Must have the ability to work quickly, calmly, and under pressure.</li> <li>Attention to detail.</li> <li>Proficiency in using industry-specific software and tools and aptitude to learn company software.</li> <li>Exceptional attention to detail with the capability to work in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>365/24/7 operation - must be willing to work nights, weekends, and Holidays if required.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Jet Aviation provides equal employment and affirmative action opportunities to applicants and employees without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability.</p>
