To me, it's a matter of preference. I think Jepps are more user friendly, but I also used them in flight training. Look at them side by side...you'll see the differences in format and some symbols.

Little more complicated then that. FAA won't tailor charts for a company, Jepp will.

At my previous carrier we had our own special approaches into a certain airport, jepp made us charts for them
