I had someone come in and ask me about a possible conversion from a JAB??(dont remember. The brazilian version of the FAA) private pilot certificate to an FAA private certificate. I was unsure and asked him to contact AOPA. What is the procedure to convert a certificate from another country into an FAA certificate? Any resources greatly appreciated, thanks!
