Is there a way to know location before TOL?

I have heard from a couple of people that they already know what station they have been chosen for before their PEPC. To my understanding we would figure out this information in our TOL at PEPC. Mine is scheduled in Chicago on Wednesday June 24th at 10AM. I got my Geo prefs email on 3/27 (requested TX) and referral list on 4/19/09 and still don't have my location verification. Am I missing something?
 
When I went though the hiring process last year I received a tentative offer prior going to PEPC. The tentative offer included the facility I would be offered a job at along with dated and locations for scheduling a PEPC.

It was about this time last year when I got my offer letter so they might have changed up the process since then. Your mileage may vary.

Mine was the same as this. First email saying I had been selected did NOT say where I was going.

Second email (which was the PEPC invite) said where I was going.

You get your ACTUAL TOL at your PEPC that states your pay and your NTE obligations.
 
Or, you could wind up like me, all I was told was I was selected for the terminal option throughout California and I would be informed of which facility I got upon attending my PEPC, I think that is because originally I was slated for NCT, and then after my PEPC I received an amended offer for SCK, not my top choice, but I'd take it over NCT.
