Is ATP really hiring?

Hey yall, I completed the Mutli-Addon, and Total Instructor Program at ATP a little over a year ago. Sent in several resumes (including a few weeks ago) and a LOR from my former instructor and never heard anything yet, not even a courtesy call saying that their not interested. I recently spoke with one of the guys answering phones in JAX and he said the only qualifications are to have the three flight instructor certificates and said nothing of 'minimum hours' or special experience. What's it take to get hired by ATP?? Any help would be greatly appreciated

Do you have any contacts at ATP? Perhaps you could call one of the instructors you worked with?

I also sent in a resume with a a recomondation from one of their own instructors and have not heard back. They said at the 800# that they are hirring. I guess just be patient and do a follow up call.
 
I wouldnt wait on jim to call back, call up and ask to talk to him/leave a message/leave a voicemail.
