They’re in JFK pretty often with Aeroflot

Eh? Not sure the SSJ-100 is making the trek to JFK from Russia. I think the only North American presence is/was via Interjet.

I wasn't aware the SSJ-100 was allowed into our airspace. It has a fairly poor track record with regards to reliability according to some international sites like the prune. Some operators are trying to divest themselves of the type for economic reasons, maybe it works for Aeroflot?

"Allowed" into your airspace? Is it ICAO compliant? Yes. Well then....

Saw one in San Antonio of all places a couple years back, the mexican airline Interjet flies them.

Didn't they get rid of them because of exorbitant mx costs?

InterJet has been flying the Su-100 into IAH.

I've ridden on an Aeroflot SSJ-100 a few times. In the back, it was a decent enough ride. Personally, I like the way the front end of the Irkut looks.
