Interesting GA Airports

Tangier Island is pretty cool, I've visited a couple of times. Used to have a guy that worked for me from there and yes, it's a very unique accent.

Edit: Oh yeah, best crab cakes I've ever had and I'm born and raised in on Maryland Blues.

There are tons of lesser known but amazing small places to drop in to.

The thing that amazes me is that only about 1/10th of my total time is GA and I've actually made it to 5 of those airports.

Flabob - The only airport where you bless yourself on downwind before turning base.

Keep your final short if you want to use the airplane again.

If you gotta ask...

When you turn downwind if this isn't dead center in you windscreen and growing fast you're in the wrong place. When it looks like this count to 3 then turn base. A young pretty CFI took me here for a Flight Review. I tried to scare her but didn't see the hikers until it was almost too late.
