Initial CFI Scheduled 11/15 at DBN

Passed my CFI stage II stage check this morning, ready for the 15th to get here and hopefully have a new temporary in hand!

I appreciate it guys. Its scheduled with Fred Houston, the DPE from Dublin. The FSDO couldn't get it done until Nov. 29 at the earliest, they've been swamped lately.

Compared to the initial CFI, the Double-I is a cake walk.

It went well. The flight was exactly what I expected but the oral caught me off guard a little bit. I felt prepared going into it but I let my nerves get to me once we started. Not only did we cover what was required by the PTS but he hit just about on every task asking several questions about each. I would suggest writing next to each bullet in each task in your PTS the book and page number that the information can be found on. Also if you have time I would check out the ATP CFI pretest (http://www.atpflightschool.com/downloads/CFI_Pretest.pdf) as a lot of the questions he asked were similar to the ones found in here.
