This position will provide an enhanced level of service consistently including but not limited to aircraft quality, cleanliness, superior customer service and safety and air worthiness per company standards. A successful candidate must have the ability to manage multiple responsibilities at once while keeping track of impending &amp; ever-changing priorities.</span></p> <p><span>This is an onsite position at the Van Nuys airport with hybrid duties at a desk and on the go.&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span>Ability to adapt to dynamic situations and pivot accordingly</span></li> <li><span>Prepare &amp; reset aircraft per Jet Edge Standards for all charter, retail &amp; owner flights</span></li> <li><span>Assist crew members with prepping &amp; resetting for their designated flights</span></li> <li><span>Stockroom rotation and aircraft inventory management</span></li> <li><span>Maintain clientele profiles and aircraft diagrams</span></li> <li><span>Assist with initial amenity setup of newly received aircraft onto management certificate</span></li> <li><span>Strip and reset aircraft after Weights and Balances and other Maintenance items</span></li> <li><span>Quality check each aircraft and work closely with maintenance, interiors, and line service to remedy any discrepancies</span></li> <li><span>Arrange catering, shop for and set up client requested items on a trip-by-trip basis</span></li> <li><span>Work closely with Cabin Crew on the upkeep of standards</span></li> <li><span>Heavy lifting (50lbs) may be required for certain duties</span></li> <li><span>Occasional travel required</span></li> <li><span>All other duties as assigned</span></li> </ul> <p><span>Qualifications:</span></p> <ul> <li><span>Excellent communications, multitasking, &amp; organizational skills</span></li> <li><span>High School Diploma or GED required</span></li> <li><span>Above average skills with Microsoft Office Suite Products</span></li> <li><span>5+ years experience in customer service/ hospitality</span></li> <li><span>Must hold valid Driver License with correct legal name</span></li> <li><span>Previous Work experience in Customer Service/Hospitality</span></li> <li><span>Familiarity with Slack, Confluence, Salesforce, &amp; Flight Operations System (FOS) preferred</span></li> <li><span>Bachelor’s Degree Preferred</span></li> <li><span>Must have personal vehicle</span></li> </ul> <div class"content-conclusion"><p><span><strong>Benefit Overview:</strong></span></p> <p><span>We offer a robust array of employee benefits including a variety of medical plans, company-paid parental leave, and 401(k) matching — to assist employees with balancing their professional and personal lives and plan for a fulfilling future.
