I don't know of anywhere online, but a $4 Airport/Facility Directory includes preferred routes. You could maybe even get an outdated one from your local FBO for free.

Of course, preferred routes don't matter much unless you're flying in congested airspace. What I mean is, you can practice them if you want, but there is nothing more special about flying preferred routes versus any old airways and fixes. Just get a low alt enroute chart and follow the airways to wherever you want to go.

You want some good IFR practice, fly some of the Tower Enroute Control routes in the A/FD.
