Well I suppose my opinion is that you can paint it up and change the name, but it's still the same nearly bankrup-TED airline who is scraping for ideas to get out of the whole.

Would an all female crew rename it Theodora?

Oh come on! Am I the only one who is thinking about a joke about Ted Kennedy and round trip tickets to Chappaquiddick? (how do you spell that word?)

I thought Ted was a stupid name for an airline. Then it hit me...

It's homage to Ted Striker, the main character of the Airplane movies. Maybe UAL has a sense of humor after all.

(A captain I flew with said he thought the whole thing was "re-tar-ted.")
