i don't see it, have a link? all i can find is how to request if you are a DA in a HR department for an air carrier

I'm almost 100% sure that 61 and 141 things won't show up on your PRIA. I think it is just 121 and 135 information. I have a 61 checkride failure and it didn't show up on my PRIA.

You can get a copy of your pilot certificate records including checkrides passed or failed from the FAA Pilot Certification Division. I'm not sure if employers can get this info too but I have no doubt you probably signed a release for them to have access to it.

Ok, i talked to the records department today. they treat end of course stage checks like check rides, but they are not checkrides because if you unsat the stage check you don't sign a new 8710. they said your entire course records don't get sent in to the FAA, just the recommendation for the certifcate

so the correct answer for anyone who goes to a school that has self examining authority, the answer is no i have never failed a checkride. period
