How to get Multi-Time

Does anyone know the cheapest and/or best way to get some multi time in the next few months? I know that I will have to pay for it but I am looking for the best deal around. I have 725TT and 37ME, I work at a flight school with no multi time so I am in a situation where I must get multi time to qualify for a job at the next level. I am located in Fresno, CA. Anyone...please help!

Find someone with buddy passes and get yerself to Can's Ass.
I would bet that california's got A LOT more oportunities for multi time anyways.

I "heard" that there's someone's twin cessna around here that's like 110/hr.

Just start talking to people on your field. When you go on cross countries with students, leave a note on the board "Looking to rent twin"

Airnet. Keep working on the total time and you have more than enough multi to get hired.

I know Ameriflight hiries guys as Part 91 instructors for their PA-31s in BUR. I believe the mins are 900 TT, 100 Dual Given, and an MEI. They have even hired guys with around 700 TT if they have a need. The pay isn't so great for the area you will be living in but it seems like a great opportunity to build some quality time. Once you hit IFR 135 mins you are automatically a line pilot AND a check-airman on the PA-31. That check-airman status will look good on a resume anywhere you go. I think most stay and upgrade to turbine equipment (BE-99, B1900, Lear, etc) and bypass the regionals all together. Though, some do jump ship after they get the time in and head off to a regional...

Find a job at a flight school or FBO that own multi-engine airplanes. Eventually opportunities will come for you to get multi time without having to pay for it.
