ok, ok, not the whole thing but the parts i have bolded and colored

i thought the COR was correction, it is on the last 3 for the station, does that mean something is fubar'd?

Maybe... its quite possible the human observer is drunk and he keeps making silly METARs up just to throw everyone off.
 
It means that the automated reporting system is not reporting what is actually occuring so COR means that a human observer is making sure that the reported weather is and was corrected. PRESFR= Pressure at the Surface Falling Rapidly.
