Hello guys

I am graduating from college this year and would like to attend ATP and get all my ratings etc, from private pilot all the way to flight instructor etc. I currently have 0 hours of flight time... and I would like to do all the training in the shortest amount of time. I mean doing the 60 days program plus the 90 days program...

How do apply for that, do I need to go through the whole 60 day program and apply afterwards for the 90 days programs... could I do it on the same location?

Could I borrow the total amount of money that I would need for the 60 days program and the 90 days program all at once... or would I need to borrow only for the 60 days program and the reapply for another loan for the 90 day program..?

How difficult is to get accepted for the program?

Has anybody done this?

Any help will be greatly appreciated...

All of the answers to your questions can be found by searching this forum. Calling 800-ALL-ATPS would also prove informative.

X,
It is possible to do the 60 day private pilot program and the 90 day airline career pilot program one after the other. Lots of people do it. Matter of fact, my last several students here in Dallas have done that.
You can get more information by calling 1-800-255-2877. That is where you can ask all the questions you can think of. Anyway, they will take your information and send you a packet in the mail.
You could do both programs at the same location, but it would have to be in Jacksonville, Florida. I would recommend doing the private program in Jacksonville and coming out to Dallas for the 90 day program. The weather and nice apartments here are a big draw along with having all new Piper Seminoles. You also would be able to get one loan for both of the programs. Finding out if you are elgible for the loan is quick and easy. If you have loan questions, ask to talk to Diane at the 1-800 number. She is fantastic.
It isn't tough to get excepted into the program provided that you are serious about the decision you want to make. Usually for the 90-day program you have to have an interview which includes a sim session and some oral questioning. I don't think you need an interview if you are going to do both programs though. If you have any other questions drop me a line. Have a great day.
