Horizon/Alaska transfer out period?

Hi everyone,

I'm looking to join Horizon/Alaska in the coming months and was wondering if anyone knew the transfer out period from being able to move from one role to another? Is there a particular amount of time you need to stay in your initial role to be able to move to a different one later? i.e., if I join as a ramp agent, how long do I have to remain a ramp agent before moving into an internal opening for dispatch?

Most airlines are going to state a minimum of 6 months in position before attempting to transfer to another department.
