Just wanted to know what things that they are looking for that would disqualify you as being an instructor at Ar Ben.

I don't know exactly what you mean but...

I think they only hire people from their pro-course or the 200 hour course, and all graduates are given 2 students to teach. If you do a good job they give you more students. So... I guess I would say that some disqualifiers would be: "being a bad pilot", "being a bad instructor", and "not getting along with your students."

Don't know if that helps...
