Hi captain...whatcha up to?

Not ALL charts are annoying to revise, especially the monthly revisions his set requires.

Good lord, pop up ad city /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif

Sorry Doug...I forgot about that. I use Mozilla Firebird so it's been a very long time since I've seen a pop-up /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

No joke. Come on, Doug. Get with the program! I.E. is SO 2003. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Well, I have to have IE because of the webdesign, but then I have a copy of Netscape to test features, and then I have a copy of opera for the opera weirdoes.

Webdesign is a nightmare! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Those darned new popp ups defeat the pop up blocker installed with ZoneAlarm Pro. Grr..

Mozilla would fix that problem. I haven't seen a pop-up add in months. You could always delegate IE to "troubleshooting" mode and Mozilla as your main browser. I think that's what my wife does with her site.

Same here. I couldn't live without Firefox. Lord knows Konqueror blows.

Firefox in the hizzle. Haven't seen one pop-up since I've been using it. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

I don't think you guys understand.

If I start simply using Firefox or Mozilla, and designing pages to match my predominantly-used browser, I'm going to risk 98% of my users complaining that they're seeing strange pages.

Remember the Flash menu that 20% of my users couldn't see, primarily because they refused to download Flash or lacked the technical wizardry to click the download button? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Still, the webmaster there is using far too many pop ups.

Use the Google toolbar with IE. It has a pop-up blocker feature that works great. Didn't see a one on that site.

I use IE and have gotten like 3 popups in the 2 months I've owned the computer. No popup blocker at all. I think it's because I'm going through a router on a wireless network.

Doug, it's just you. Admit it.

I'm using IE with nothing more than Norton watching my back. No popups.
