HF Frequency for radio checks

Not sure if this was better here or in the ATC forum. Looking for Northern CA area HF radio test frequencies. Thanks.

Contact ARINC SFO HF station on 6640 or 11342. If those do not get the job done, try 3413 or 10057.

That site is off da heezy. Lots of guys have tried to take his stuff, modify it as their own and say, "lookit me!!" but nothing beats the original.
