Hawker wing oscillation

So, if you were to encounter something like this, what would your response be as captain?

I would assume slow airspeed to reduce load and hope for a speed that doesn't induce/maintain the flutter and descend to thicker air... but I'm just guessing.
1) Take all cameras away from the passengers
2) Slow down
3) Descend

Anyone have an explanation why this is happening, and what kind of results can be expected if that continues long term?

NSFW for one word at the beginning.

If you follow Rod Machados advice, the thing to do before/while slowing down would be to load up the control surface.... in this case, gentle left and right rolls with power reduction and descent

Normally Rod's the man, but I'm really not sure why you'd increase load factor when you already have a potential structural issue...

There have been quite a few gliders come apart due to flutter at high altitude.
