Hawker wing oscillation

So, if you were to encounter something like this, what would your response be as captain?

I would assume slow airspeed to reduce load and hope for a speed that doesn't induce/maintain the flutter and descend to thicker air... but I'm just guessing.

1) Take all cameras away from the passengers
2) Slow down
3) Descend

If you follow Rod Machados advice, the thing to do before/while slowing down would be to load up the control surface.... in this case, gentle left and right rolls with power reduction and descent

Flutter is most common on unloaded control surfaces in their neutral position.

I didn't worry about it until recently.

Exceed vne on a 172 and you'll be flying something fast enough to worry about flutter. My Honda civic has aerodynamic flutter if the back windows are cracked about an inch. Some ultralights have flutter problems at very low speeds. Check this link for an example.
