Looks like most of Alaska cannot apply....
Per their website:

Do you think they were impressed with you?The person I talked to on the phone seemed to be on his period. Overall, unimpressed.

I thought I did my best answering their questions of alaska is cold, can you hang? How many airplanes do we have? Where do we fly to? Granted I researched the company before calling them and had a good idea on these questions. The lack of professionalism of the phone interview, the way they handled the decision, etc. was awful. No more, No less, just stating my experience. I hear the company is actually good to work for, I just think they can handle their interview process like the professionals they claim to be.
About 1000 in DHC-2, 250 in C-206 both on floats, the rest mostly in taildraggers, I haven't flown for a job in 4 years but still fly alot for recreation. I got my ATP MEL last year, but just enough time to get the MEL rating. I am really interested in the two week on/off schedule and was wondering what pay is like first year, and if there is much pay increase after a couple of years. Also how long to advance to the C-208. Is Hageland and Grant about the same pay?
Thanks for the responses
