I played a mean trick when I took my friend flying, he has always been afraid to fly but said he trusted that I wouldn't do anything dirty. I slowly put it into slow flight and as soon as the stall horn came on I started screaming "What did you do? What did you press? TELL ME NOW!"

Took my sister flying several years ago, just after I got my private. There was a little bit of a crosswind and I wanted to slip it (A skyhawk) all the way down. Something about the slip made her really nervous and she shut her eyes all the way down final until we were down, off the runway and stopped.
