It's at least as recent as 2010.
Holland America Signature class ships first entered service in 2008 with the MS Eurodam. The MS Nieuw Amsterdam entered service in 2010. Since they're both pictured I'd go with 2010.

I don't know about the ships, but what looks like a UPS 757 in the pic is in their current livery. Im guessing 2005

This was taken after the crossing GA runway was turned into a cargo ramp and I think that's what you're getting at. Last time I landed on it was 1978 but I moved and have no idea when it closed.
Really fun VFR approach to fly. Base to final over the Coronado Bay Bridge at dusk, over the Navy ships then across the sail boat masts. Dinner at Boon's Flair Path overlooking the runway.
