Grid MORA?

Hi everyone. I always thought that Grid MORAs are green below 14,000ft and are magenta at 14,000ft and above on Jeppesen low altitude enroute charts. But today I read in the enroute chart legend that they are green below 10,000ft and magenta at 10,000ft and above. Did this change recently or have I been wrong all this time? Thanks.
