Great Lakes.

I think they do some work for/under United. I can't remember now for sure, but I think I have seen them in ALO a few times I have been there.

Whats up Iowapilot! They are long gone from ALO (1998ish). As for Great Lakes I have never heard anything other than they are a good place to get some turbine and bail ship.

Frontier uses them as a code share for local Colorado/Wyoming/Nebraska flights. I know they've been trying to get a new contract for the past few years and the pay is absolutely terrrible for a regional. They fly 1900's and upgrade time is around a yr.

Hey Hootie...long time no see.

For some reason I thought they were still running from ALO to ORD when I lived there in '99. I know Mesaba is still doing their thing, so who else is there?

EDIT: From the looks of their website only Mesaba is there now. And now they are flying the CRJ's in there? Wow, what a busting metropolis!

I will have to get up there some day, it looks like everything is remodeled.

Yeah it was sometime in that 98-99 time frame when they quit. I'm not even sure if Mesaba is there, I think it's just Pinnacle/NWAirlink, and me putzin around in the cherokee. Definitely the bustling metropolis of the middle northeast Iowa

. Yeah they remodeled to keep pace with the current traffic growth up to year 2084 I believe. Let me know if you get up here, we'll go grab a beer and some ramen....I mean pizza.

Ahhh...I thought the Saabs were Mesaba's. I will PM you sometime when I get a chance to make it up there.
