What are some companies that do goverment contracting work oconus. I know of a couple but I'm sure there are some I don't know about and would like to try and apply to.
Try dynamic first, in the past they have hired low-timers into the king airs.I was a black hawk crew chief top secret clearance. Been deployed several times. Now I have a little more than a thousand hrs and around 600 turbine. Not sure how hard their numbers are but I would try anyway. If nothing else I can try later when my hours are higher.

I don't know of any with a "FO" program. Most of the time requirements are contractual and established by the government instead of the company itself. Most of the companies love to bring in veterans especially with your own TS, but its harder to do when you don't meet the required hours.
If you get an interview, perhaps you could ask about doing some state side testing etc to get some hours built up.
Avenge has an SIC program

I have a buddy who was on the border of L-3s mins and applied to the L-3 Program and Avenge SIC and got picked up by L-3. Drastic pay difference between an L-3 PIC and an Avenge intro SIC.
Straight from the horse's mouth. Thanks man! I'll keep that in mind.
What's the deal with King Air SIC time? Is that loggable as SIC time? I know it's a bit of a topic for debate but I had heard that if the aircraft can be configured for single pilot operations, it's not loggable. Not sure if that was just "FUD".
