That's no suprise! I knew that place was a ticking time bomb from day 1! Rackets never last long. If I had lost $70 grand on that crap, I would find it hard to call any attorney. I would be more inclined to do some bodily harm to the owners.

Jet U is the outfit that sent a 300 hour pilot to PCL (Pinnacle and Colgan) and promised a jet F/O slot as part of their marketing. Jet U was right up there with TAB express, CAPT, Airline Training Academy, and Gulfstream, with respect to the scumbag flight school factor. I remember when TAB express went down, there was much rejoicing at here at JC. It was really cool to see.

These bottom feeder flight academies that make promises that can't be kept are really a scourage on the profession and the career.

Seriously, I've always wanted to see the type of people who fall for those types of ads...

As a test, we should probably get in contact with these people and claim to have a get-rich scheme by investing money in some Nigerian institution... I'm guessing the majority of them will fall for it, hehehe.. too cynical? naaah....
 
I heard that they will reopen soon with a very clear and descriptive business name that would forewarn future students: 'Jet F U'
 
Ya know, I remember when I first starting seeing the ads for Jet U. Even back then the name alone made me think that something just wasn't right about this place.

Then I poked around the website. After a few minutes I was sure that this wouldn't end well. :(
