good book on advanced a/c systems?

Can anyone recommend a good book on a/c systems that could also be used for pilot interviews?

"The Turbine Pilot's Flight Manual" by Brown and Holt.

I agree...Gives a good basic undstanding of TurboProps and Jets.

Jeppesen has a book on Transport Category Aircraft Systems that is pretty good. I would also recommend their Aircraft Systems for Pilots book. The Turbine Pilots Flight Manual is a good first read, but if you already have a good understanding of systems it is kind of like an oversize coloring book...
