Pretty interesting to see this shop with an official aircraft dispatcher role. Just from what I've heard, the initial flying will be 121 supp with a mix of ACMI, charters and ad-hoc. No surprise if they fly down the Caribbean as their bread and butter, you can learn a lot from that type of operation. Even better if they make the move towards the scheduled side.

They’re still looking. Starting pay is 60k/yr, likely to increase.

Do they have a pay scale laid out? Regardless, 60k is definitely generous and doable in the Miami area compared to other carriers

Doing admin and customer service.
