Global X (Crossing)

Curiosity has peaked about Global X given it's new. Surprisingly no one has ever discussed them, especially with those in the work hunt. I know they do mainly charter work. Anyone know of dx pay or what it's like working there (shift schedules, workplace environment, dx manager)? Be interesting to hear thoughts/opinions and see how they progress.

Be good to have an idea on pay scale. Heard schedulers start around 55k now dx is the real q
