Gilbert AZ Plane Crash into House

That's crazy. I could throw a rock from my house and hit the crash site but luckily I was out of the country this week.

Looks like his family has already set up the Gofundme lottery jackpot for him too.

A wing fire in a 182 has to be extraordinarily rare. I really have to wonder about the cause of that.

Yeah, me too. However, since this was apparently a skydiving flight at night, I wouldn't be surprised if they had one of those skydiving flares prematurely set off and catching fire on the plane.

Ahh ya got my reference. :D

Now that I have you here and you being a helicopter guy, what exactly does Hale do to the helicopter at the end that causes it to blow up? He messes with a fuel line, and then later Travolta sees the fuel pooling below the helo and tells the pilot to cut the power, but as soon as the guy hits the ignition/start the whole thing goes up in flames.

Hollywood? Or something else?

He unscrews one of the fuel pressure lines. Which would be safety wired of course. And the resulting fuel spray onto the starter/generator when the start button is depressed, detonated it.
