Hello I am new to this site and this is my first post but could use some feedback about starting ATP. I was a student pilot at K-State University in their Bachelors of Proffesional Pilot program back in 2007. Due to finances I had to quit after just two semesters and only obtained 25 hours in a C-172. But all these years later I was able to get financed for my training at ATP. I chose this because for the time and money it was the only thing reasonable for a married 25 year old with two kids. I dont have the time or money to go through a 4 year college based program anymore which in the end cost double what atp does. So my start date is Feb 6th 2012 thats actually my birthday as well and I want to know what I can do to prepare myself? I have already taken private pilot ground school and passed but they are making me take it over again since i am not licensed. So I will be in their 150 day fast track program. I have all my supplies and ipad ect, and have been going through the lessons they assigned me which is just a refresher for private pilot again. But I would like to hear from actual students or graduates what else can I do to get prepared since I am only 2 weeks away from finally starting? I'm a little nervous about what to expect my first few days. Will I start flying after just a day or two or how does it work exactly? Any information would be great thanks.-Mike
