Well I am getting closer to my PPL. I finished up the cross-country requirements last Saturday morning. My navigation was on target and the flights were VERY smooth enroute. I did make two mistakes that I will NEVER make again so they provided a great learning experience as well. Thankfully, my mistakes occured at 7:30 AM at one airport and 8:15 AM at the second airport with me being the only one in the pattern.
I was suppose to finish up my solo PIC time on Monday but the weather has sucked this week so HOPEFULLY I will be able to fly tommorow. If not I am on the schedule Friday, Saturday, and Sunday so we will see. I need 1.6 more hours of solo PIC so I am going to go on another cross-country. Have everything else finished up in terms of airwork. I need to take the practical which I have been studying for and I hope to do that the 24th. After that its onto the checkride!
