Getting a bit windy in IAH

What does the 60251 string indicate in the Remarks section? I looked at other METAR's for KIAH yesterday and saw a few more that had these numeric strings towards the end.

6 hour liquid precipitation equivalent, because this is an even hour (18Z). If it was an odd hour, that would be the 3-hour liquid precipitation number. The 7-group, were it to be there, is the 24-hour liquid precipitation number.

The 1 group is maximum temperature in the last 6 hours and 2 is minimum. 5 is the pressure tendency over the past three hours.
